Come see work by photographers and artists, many of whom are undergraduates in area colleges and universities! Get inspired, inspire other people, make new friends and sell or trade prints. Or just come and hang out and support your friends and meet people! Picture Party is free and open to the public to view new work and support the presenters!
Calling Photography Students: Share your work! Share what you’ve been making with students from other schools, the Pittsburgh photo community, and the world! Get feedback, make connections, see what other artists are doing. Photo-based artists who are not in a photo program but are early in their career are welcome too. The public is welcome to come see the work!
Sign up for a spot at a table and present work as prints (preferable) or on a screen. Get inspired, inspire other people, make new friends and sell or trade prints. Or just come and hang out and support your friends and meet people!
How it works: sign up for a slot during hour 1 or hour 2. Share work you made for class or outside of class. It can be work in progress or work that’s complete. It should have a photography component but it can be mixed media. There’s no fee. Just share your work and tell your friends!
